Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6483307.

For the past two days, the street lighting has been very delayed in coming on. It gets dark early these days but the street lights are not coming on until 20:15hrs. This is a cause of grave concern because the street is pitch black and in complete darkness until the lights come on and is dangerous for anyone to walk alone here. Please program the lights to come on around 6pm. Thanks
