On the 10th of September 2024, at approximately 2.20. They did not clear the rubbish which fell out. So what was left was a whole lot of rubbish scattered on the pavement. Bottles, empty food containers( takeaway). He really wasn’t bothered. It’s attracting rats. What is the point of emptying the bins if you leave so much on the street?
