There is a lot of rubbish along Manor avenue - like plastic, beer cans, etc. can you at least clean the rubbish off the roads and pavements along all of Manor Ave and adjoining roads. I thought that was what we paid our Council tax for? Because of the shops, the area requires constant cleaning. Thanks.
