Tree excessively overgrown on my home and my window and roof and chimney

I have been having the same problem with the tree since forever and now it’s been over 10 some years and it’s bigger and the tree has taken over my whole roof and front windows and has caused damage to the gutters and they have continuously blocked and being the end home with the only outlet for the gutters its been bad but it’s now beyond a joke, the front of the house is wet constantly and now is growing green moss and is pouring down the front of the property and is causing damp inside my daughters bedroom and I imagine it’s not good that the front wall is constantly wet and damp. My garden floods in the front and back now it’s so bad I’m not able to have even a small window a jar as is cascading in.
