Bush of 44 Harlington Road East, Feltham. Middlesex. TW13 5BN is growing into pavement and blocking clear pathway for pedestrians and cyclists. Please ask them to keep it cut back to their boundary wall.

This is an ongoing concern. And has been reported recently. It was only cutback slightly and grew back instantly into the pavement again.
