Last weeks street lights are not coming on and it is pitch black on London Road, |Twickenham road and st margarets road to the border of richmond borough. it is very dangerous to drive and walk about. It is utter disgrace that it has not been fixed now in 3 weeks. timing of these lights needs to be changed and they need to come on earlier as it is a major risk to people and their safety not to mention lives.
