Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6409984.

Dear Authority, I wish to request to have another light in the same post because the alleyway is completely dark towards Rothburyroad. It is very dark and risky to come out of the house during the night because it is very dark and scary. Alsoi keep reporting of rubbish dumped on regular basis which could result of darkness. Have brought to your officer earlier but she claims that it is not possible to provide. I wish someone who can verify this issue and make it happen. Thanking you in advance.
