Rats, Rubbish not cleared (inc food waste). Now rubbish all in dangerously overgrown bushes

This problem has been reported for many years and NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. There are rats roaming in the rubbish due to the close proximity of the waterway under the flyover road! The rubbish has accumulated in the bushes, which are now so overgrown cars can not get past freely using the full carriageway. Residents have been out trying to trim the bushes themselves!! As we had to do to try and clear up the rubbish and food waste last year. The bushes need removing, the litter and food waste needs urgently clearing up. HOW MUCH LONGER ARE WE EXPECTED TO WAIT. THIS IS NOW URGENT.... Please see numerous reports of the same complaint, grossly ignored by the Council, for such a long time. Please now urgently rectify this problem, once and for all.
