Near last traffic lights before the roundabout on south side of Chiswick High Road

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6365267.

I fell into the pothole and landed on a raised manhole cover. That's as much as I can remember. It all happened so fast. I'm unable to walk back to check the area.
