Uneven Crumbling Red Tarmac

Location : From corner of Vincent road junction to approximately 64 Basildene Road

Issue : The red tarmac has completely worn away leaving the muddy hardcore exposed. The tarmac is now below the kerb, making this a hazard for people using the pavement , getting in and out there cars, using wheelchairs.

You can see grass / moss is now beginning to grow, please can this be reinstated with new tarmac as existing tarmac is completely crumbling away which is unsafe.
