This delivery lorry was parked on a double yellow line, facing the wrong direction for over 15 minutes just before 10am, it was left unattended whilst goods were loaded on and off it. It caused cars and buses to go around them in single lane traffic, and caused a dangerous blockage of sight just in front of a crossing.
