Pavement below water parking space opposite 67/69 Spring Grove Road. When it’s raining that part of the parking we as a residents paying for always under water, or we have no choice and step into the puddle if this is the only choice of space to park our car or we clearly can not see if we will be parked illegally with wheels on the kerb. Please look into this issue Thanks
