New tenants moved in and are parking their vehicles including heave good vehicle on the path and pedestrians have to walk on the road which is unsafe as it can cause a pedestrian to get run over. It has been on going for a week and it also causing ambulances to not be able to get past as this on opposite to over vehicle who park Correctly
