Slip road from mcdonalds roundabout to Swan Road

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6250114.

This area is becoming more of an eyesore with litter and overgrown bushes and weeds. Today I noticed that the 3 budliah buses are now at least 12 inches overhanging into the road, and my car actually was brushed by one of them as I veered to the right to go down Swan Road. They haven't been maintained for years, please can this be rectified as soon as possible.
