Re reference numbers 3955031 and 6219437. This caravan has had Enviromental Incident labels put on it twice in two different locations in Stourton Ave over many months. The owner obviously removes them and relocates the caravan within the road. Why should the residents have to put up with this eyesore parked outside their properties. Urgent action required by LBH to finally resolve this ongoing issue.
