Tree pits on pavement outside Denman House and Appleton House

I am resubmitting this report after I was wrongly told that this was not part of the adopted pavement when it clearly is. I am attaching evidence showing as such from the Highways register. These tree pits are and have always been HH adopted.

These trees need maintaining they are overhanging in the way of pedestrians and obstructing access to the residential buildings. They also make driving visibility around the corner of the zebra crossing difficult.
