Access to building has been blocked. Our rear door has a faulty lock so there is no way to get back into the building after leaving. Mailman cannot deliver mail as he is not able to ring our doorbells. There is a disabled man in a wheelchair living downstairs who is now unable to come back into the building as he cannot reach the lock for his rear door. This is a serious issue
