To report overgrown shrubs above the wall, spilling over into gardens and blocking light of 5, 6, 7 & 8 Jersey Crt, Jersey Rd. TW7 4QH. The level of the box shrub was below the garden wall when I purchased 6 Jersey Crt and it has been kept below the wall until recently by the owners who cannot do it anymore. Above the wall is all new growth.
