Although a team cut the weeds down some months ago, as soon as it rains they are back. Most of the residents are elderly and and have mobility issues making it dangerous to navigate. Some people have been able to clear the path outside the property but many of us are not able. If the pavement was tarmac like other road we would not have a problem. Please help.
