Complaint re ivy in the alleyway between Harvard Rd & Grov

Caller wishes to make a complaint to Hounslow Highway, this has been going on for sometime and the Councillor has been involved. The Ivy is overgrown in the alleyway which is causing damage to the residents fences the alleyway is between Harvard Road and The Grove. It was finally agreed that the ivy would be cut back but the men are out there to cut the bushes in the walkway and they are refusing to cut the ivy therefore caller wants to speak to the supervisor.
