Pavement between 30 and 32 Pates Manor Drive

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6108091.

This has been reported many times over the last 2 years and now seems to have been deleted from the system. A pavement/road verge tree was blown over in a gale more than 2 years ago, this resulted in the pavement lifting significantly. The pavement is still lifted and impassable today. Why is this issue being ignored?
