Pavement. gate plinth and paved front patio area being destroyed by tree root near the surface

The roots of the cherry tree outside Nos 2 and 4 Lonsdale Road W4 1ND, is causing damage to the pavement and the entrance way into Property 4 Lonsdale Road. This is resulting in a trip hazard on the pavement and damage to the tiled pathway and gate plinth access to No 4. This problme is getting worse due to tree growth and the manor in whcih the tree lans into the road - away from the houses.
