New road layout at Junction of Spencer Road and Grove Park Road is dangerous

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6100420.

New layout and road design at Junction of Spencer Road and Grove Park Road as part of redevelopment is dangerous. Last three times I have driven through have had dangerous near misses: 1) elderly driver parked in middle of junction clearly unaware of exit of Spencer Road. 2) vehicle careering around 40mph down Spencer Road clearly unaware of end of road fast approaching or oncoming traffic coming from exit onto Grove Park Road. 3) workmen moving builders porter cabin across junction, not aware of need for traffic to pass into Spencer Road.

There are NO road markings at this junction. The end of Spencer Road is not clear and the borders between road and pavement are not clear. This is making it unclear and dangerous for drivers and pedestrians alike.
