Heavily overgrown weeds and vegetation

The weeds and vegetation of this grass on Renfrew Road is heavily overgrown with spiky branches sticking out. This area was fully cleared a couple of years ago but has since grown back with a vengeance. It is also blocking light and visibility and providing a shelter for antisocial behaviour and flight tipping – as discussed during the recent ward Walk. Please could these vegetation patches be aggressively pruned – both this one and the patch on the other side of Renfrew Road – opposite 11 Renfrew Road. Thank you for your help.
