Heavy ivy growth around trees causing fly tipping - needs cutting back

The trees on the grass verge on Renfrew Road – opposite 11 Renfrew Road – I’ve seen a huge amount of ivy and vegetation growth around the trees.

As well as obstructing views and blocking street lighting on the inner pavements at night - it is providing a haven for fly tipping once more. This area was heavily pruned a couple of years ago - with thanks to Hounslow Highways and my local councillor who intervened - but has now regrown.

Please could some works be scheduled for the ivy and surrounding vegetation to be heavily pruned back once more?
