Vacinity of the Brabazon Rd Community Centre

Today we have had a street cleaning team on the Brabazon estate Heston, a mechanical street cleaning vehicle at 7am, and litter pickers since about midday until about 3pm. I witnessed a litter picker pass my location twice within this time frame who failed to remove the litter shown in the attached photos, when I informed them further up the road, they claimed they had done that area and refused to return a remove the litter, making various excuses about shifts and too many other roads to do. This is a totally unacceptable response from your staff. Kindly investigate and arrange to remove the litter as soon as possible - what is the point of sending street cleaning teams into an area if they don't do their job !
