Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5754151.

Resident had a letter regarding road resurfacing on norman avenue, they live on braid close and have mobility cars. Residents want to know what procedure would be if there was an emergency and cant get their cars out of the street, no information given to them. Resident also advised they are unable to walk to other streets to get to their cars.
