Grove Park Road junction at Grove Park Bridge

There are 4 way traffic lights that have been put in for roadworks. They were initially put up as the southbound carriageway over the bridge was shut. The carriageway was reopened and the lights removed, however the lights have. Ow been put back, yet no carriageways have been subsequently shut. This is causing unnecessary congestion in residential streets. Please can these lights be removed as they’re not required at the present time
