What a surprise - flooded again after heavy rain on Wednesday night. According to at least one person in Hounslow Highways (HH), Thames Water were meant to attend on 21st Feb to 'to rectify the ongoing issue'. They didn't attend, and we continue to have to put up with this unresolved problem which has been running for decades! The residents are continually fobbed off, with one person saying one thing, and another giving a different story. Disgraceful.
