Diversion on Clockhouse Lane due to road closure

Hi, On the 10th of January, I was driving from son's school to get home. The route involves going down Clockhouse lane to Clockhouse roundabout and turn left onto A30 (staines road) to get to Desford Way,Ashford. On that day, there was a diversion sign from Clockhouse lane at the mini roundbout which led me to take B377 (Feltham road), left onto Chertsey road and then left onto Bedfont road to get to Clockhouse roundabout. I was given a Ulez ticket which I contested but lost my appeal as tfl responded with: Despite searching our records of the diversions into the ULEZ for the day in question, it has not been possible to find any information related to your representation. We would like also point out that you have not provided any information to substantiate this. Our records for the day in question show that the diversion route to which you refer did not include the location at which your vehicle was captured by the camera. Can you please provide me with the divertion route. I have checked with surrey council and they have confirmed that there was roadwork for the week of 8-12 Jan by Network rail and it was issued by Hounslow borough council. Many thanks, Kevin
