Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5400450.

Blocked gulley/drainage. Constant problem now. 90 yr old resident is unable to leave house now when this floods, which is on a regular basis. Thames Water insist this is a council problem. I am requesting a call back to discuss this further.

    As per Satbir Gill email excess flooding - Gulley Remover will deployed. As for today 34 times the Truck has passed but not doing anyting,

  • Sorry this relates to properties 2-10 Benedict Drive. At present Gulley Remover have removed the flooded water on both side from Nos 1-11 & 2-10 Houses
