Poor work on street cleaning

Today is the 15 Dec. There were about 4 street cleaners working on the excessive leaves. From the attached photos, you will see that they haven't done any clearing. They have left a muck if muddy leaves in the drains which will affect water flow and drainage when it rains. There weren't that many obstacles in their way if cleaning up. This is an awful effort and I hope they are returning soon to finish what they clearly haven't completed. I have more pictures if needed.
