I have been reported this problem to Hounslow Highways on 3 occasions in last 3 weeks. I have 2 fundemental issues, I have poor mobility due to my disability, so not having any light outside my house puts me at risk of a fall. Secondly, my dysregulated nervous system is difficult to live with, so having no lighting escalates my fear every evening when I come home from work and walk to my house in the dark. And when I need to go outside for our recycling, I feel scared of the dark. I am tired of having to beg you to fix this problem.
