Leaves have not been collected at all since they started falling at the end of October. It is now sludged in the road edges so car are skidding when moving off. The sidewalks are full of rotted leaves which I have slipped on numerous times in front of my house. I have just resorted to cleaning the sidewalk in my own as the council's schedule or lack of is not conducive to health and safety of this street. The neighbours on this road feel like their council tax payments are not being met by the council's mandate.
