Resident called in to report cones as been placed in front of 45 New Rd, TW13 6TG. she did not received no notice through her letter box, she read in the local paper that road works will be carried out.

This morning someone comes and lay barriers and cones off the parking spaces, from her understanding the work is due to begin on the 11th December 2023, why is the cones and barriers put out few weeks before the work is due to start
