Bollards knocked down on Lascar close, Hounslow, TW3 3FL

The bollard is broken and unlit. This is a safety issue. Cars cross barriers which is dangerous for kids, as this is a one way road and no cars are expected to come across from Stratford road to Lascar close or vice versa. Vehicles have also been stuck and cause nuisance to other parked cars. Issue has been raised with a2dominion (housing development company) since 6th Mar' 23, but they have referred us to you being responsible for the repair of the bollards. There are other residents in the same area who have raised their concerns previously, with a2dominions as well as with the council. Kindly please look into the urgency of the situation and reply soon. Kind regards
