The hogarth roundabout and the surroundings are completely abandoned and a dumping ground of all types of rubbish and waste. This has been in a terrible state for a very long time. Having such an easy solution I don’t understand how the council allows the neighbourhood to be in such a state. I understand pedestrians won’t walk through it but it is completely visible and it gives a terrible deprived image to the area.
