Fly tipping

A neighbour of the residents of 33 Wigley Road, who remained anonymous, reports that the group of young people living at this address are throwing bags of rubbish out of the front of the property, onto the greenspace. This is attracting rats and other vermin. The resident requests that appropriate action is taken to stop this behaviour, as they have not responded to requests from other residents.
