Street tree roots damage driveway at 95 the grove, isleworth tw7 4jd

The roots of the tree in front of my property has grown and the roots have damaged the bricks on the ground leading from the pavement to my property. Over the past few months the path has got worse and the bricks have been raise by about 3 inches. I have attached pictures as the roots may have damaged the electric wires in the ground and SSE have dug up the ground. In the picture you can clearly see a huge root directly pointing to my pathway and I was encourage to reach out to you to get this addressed. I hope my path can be fixed and potentially the tree adjusted to stop the root continuously leading to the foundations of my home. Please reach out to address my concerns. Thanks
