Good evening.

My new neighbour (73 Bath Road) has been using their front garden as a drive way on a regular basis, for the past week. Due to recent rainfall, this is starting to cause a lot of mud and tyre marks in my front garden, which you can see in the photo. Additionally there is no dropped curb for them to enter the garden.
