Illegal parking on weekends

Illegal parking takes place every Saturday night and Sunday night on the pavement outside the restaurant. This includes upto 6 cars at a time which then blocks the pedestrian crossing. This makes it difficult to walk across. A wheelchair user would also struggle to get through as cars are parked from the entry of the start of the alleyway to the crossing directly outside the Sapore restaurant who clearly allow this.
