There's been an increase in unauthorised dumping on the pedestrian concourse outside the Tesco store. There is a communal bin for the flats but believe some of the local restaurants are dumping waste which is exposed to foxes that tear and spread debris. This then spreads further with wind making our street unsightly and unkept. Can the council please ensure there is adequate facilities to accommodate the quantity of rubbish by the flats and restaurants / takeaways? The latter should have a scheduled service but at an extra cost and don't believe they are using this. Instead they are dumping with household waste. As we live in such a high footfall street with takeaways, grocery and a colleague across the road where dumping seems to be a free for all, can a regular street cleaning service be implemented? We have pride and I cannot keep cleaning my sidewalk with everyone else's rubbish. I already have a fox problem. I don't want rats too.
