Blocking the whole of the footpath so no disabled person on a wheelchair can pass and also blocking the view for anyone turning left from Chalmers way. I told him he is not parked correctly and he told me that there is another footpath on the other side of the road. Extremely rude and inconsiderate behaviour. This is a major safety concern and must be addressed immediately before there is a fatal accident due to this ignorant way of parking.
