The Caller fell on uneven pavement on Chiswick High Road near the flower stall just beyond Marks and Spencer and Pizzeria. Someone told the caller that people often fall in that area. The Caller fell and scrapped and bruised her arms and legs and had to attend the dentist because she hurt her mouth so much and it was bleeding. Her whole body is aching from the jarring when she fell. She was very shaken by the fall.
