A car or cars have been driving across the grass verge to gain access to the off-road parking at 37 Grantham Road. This has been going on for very many months or longer and has resulted in damage to the grass verge. If vehicle LL19UCP was to park elsewhere then vehicle HY18TCX would have access to use the dropped kerb that is in place. 2nd time of reporting at this location.
