Overgrown tree oppisite No8 Guildford Avenue

The tree is obstucting the street light in Guildford Avenue ,The street light also has only 40% of the led bulbs working. This problem has been worse this since last year and is now completely obstructed .Can you please arrange to have the tree taken down to fence level asap .
