New tenants have recently moved in at number 37 Otrerburn Gardens. They are untidy. And sometimes fly tip. And they have a dog. Since moving in there has been more dog excrement on the pavement near their home. I believe it is due to them not picking up after their dog. Currently there is mess on the pavement on the corner of the street outside number 37 and directly outside number 35 Otterburn Gardens
