Car blocked in for one week

On Wednesday 26th July my car was blocked in by Hounslow Highways barriers. It's been nearly a week now and it's still blocked off. I rent a driveway at 625 London Road, Isleworth, TW7 5ER and just asked the owner if Hounslow Highways at least told her this would be happening. She had no correspondence from the council. I need my car, so please can you come and finish the job you started. If the barriers are not removed by tomorrow, I will remove it myself, because I need my car urgently.
