Water stop cock covered by Tarmac

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4836801.

The pavement for Rookeries close was renewed aprox 8 years ago. The council contractors covered my water stopcock with Tarmac. Access to this stopcock is required for plumbing emergencies. Thames water have located the stopcock location using a metal detector and have marked the location with a Blue dot.
