This public footpath is has hanging branches, overgrown weeds, litter and is a hazard for children. There are multiple alcohol bottles and cans too. I have attached a photo clearly outlining that it does not fall in the jurisdiction of TFL. This has now become an issue for more than two years. Please can somebody from the council attend to this. I believe this has been constantly avoided by the council when raised by my fellow neighbours.
